Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality guidance and products to support your growth and well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Services (Consulting, Coaching, Workshops, and Programs)

All sales for services are final and non-refundable. Our services are designed to offer guidance, strategies, and support — however, the results or return on investment (ROI) are dependent on each client’s implementation, effort, and unique circumstances. While we are here to guide you, we cannot guarantee individual outcomes and therefore do not offer refunds on services once delivered or commenced.

Products

We offer a 5-day return policy on physical products (excluding perishable items). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-perishable product, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exceptions – Perishable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, perishable food items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales of perishable products are final.

2.3 Ordering and Purchases

Product purchases are subject to these Terms and any Additional Terms provided at the time of purchase. Orders are not accepted until shipped by the Company. We may cancel orders for reasons such as unavailability or pricing errors.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or images. Return requests must be sent to jennifer@styleworthy.ca. Warranties, if any, are listed on the Website.

By placing an order, You agree to pay all listed fees. All prices are in CAD unless noted. The Company may charge your payment method at the time of shipping. Orders shipped due to Company error must be returned within 14 days. Payments are due within 30 days; interest may apply to late payments.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for actual shipping costs, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

All Website content and functionality (excluding User Generated Content) is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We cannot guarantee downloads are virus-free. You are responsible for your digital security.

By attending any Styleworthy event, program, or experience (in person or virtual), you acknowledge and agree that photos and/or videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. You grant Styleworthy™ and Jennifer Rabanillo the irrevocable right and permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or recorded content in any and all media formats (including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, and press) without compensation or prior notice.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event organizers prior to the start of the event.

All materials, branding, and content shared by Styleworthy™ and Jennifer Rabanillo are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
